Roasted Catering is an Award Winning Professional Caterer. We specialise in Catering in Film & TV Location Shoots & Studios Shoots, Weddings, Parties and Corporate Events. We are a family run business based on our little farm in the West Sussex Countryside with easy access to London, Surrey, Sussex, Home Counties and the major Film and TV Studios too.

 

Our outstanding team of 28 passionate chefs have had the pleasure of working all over the UK and feeding some of the most talented and well known faces in the past decade. Our diverse & dynamic team offer an incredble skill set rarely seen in modern day kitchen talent pools with chefs specialising in British, French, Italian, American, European, Asian and even South African cuisine. We have a dedicated specialist also focusing on Vegan and vegetarian cuisine.

 

Where possible we love to offer some theatre whilst cooking for our clients, wether this be a blushing bride or a director on a film set. We are masters in cooking with wood fire and smoke as this creates unforgettably unique dishes.

 

We create Bespoke menus inline with our clients using the freshest, responsibly sourced ingredients from the British Isles & Italy. We source local produce where possible and will only use Grass Fed, Free range, Red Tractor/Farm Assured meats ideally within 50 miles of our HQ Kitchen from our local butcher.

Over the past few years has been reducing our environmental impact and focusing on sustainability. For the filming side of things we have adopted the Albert Principles for all our shoots.
